Employment Opportunity Posting:  Early Intervention Part-time Physical Therapist, La Plata, San Juan, Montezuma/Dolores and/or Archuleta counties.  

Community Connections, Inc. is seeking a part-time licensed Physical Therapist to provide PT services for children birth - 3 in Early Intervention. Flexible schedule and hours may range from 5-15 hours per week. Services are provided in homes and community settings, both in-person and via Zoom/telehealth. We promote a coaching model (empowering parents and teachers to continue implementing strategies between visits). Qualified applicants must delight in working with young children and enjoy being part of a team supporting families. Ability to provide services in Spanish is ideal, but not required. Intimate knowledge of Indigenous (primarily Dine and/or Ute) or Hispanic cultures is also ideal but not required. $43.25/hr (plus mileage) includes direct service as well as prep and travel time.
